Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping notification email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: During high-demand periods, product launches, or holidays, processing times may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your order with care.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (UK / US / EU): 2–5 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, or customs processing times.

Airae is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.


International Shipping

We currently ship to most international destinations.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel’s progress.
If you do not receive your tracking details within 5 business days, please contact our support team at Customersupport@airae.co


Address Changes & Delivery Issues

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at Customersupport@airae.co within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, we’re unable to make address changes or guarantee redirection.

Airae is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages resulting from incorrect address information entered at checkout.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to our team within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll work directly with the carrier to locate or resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
